Oregon Statutes - Chapter 421 - Department of Corrections Institutions; Compacts - Section 421.250 - Powers of Governor; delegation of authority.

The Governor is authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the compact in every particular and the Governor may in the discretion of the Governor delegate this authority to the Director of the Department of Corrections. [1979 c.486 §2; 1987 c.320 §186]
