Oregon Statutes - Chapter 423 - Corrections and Crime Control Administration and Programs - Section 423.010 - Definitions for ORS 423.010 to 423.070.

As used in ORS 423.010 to 423.070, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) “Department” means the Department of Corrections.

(2) “Department of Corrections institutions” has the meaning given that term in ORS 421.005.
