Oregon Statutes - Chapter 441 - Health Care Facilities - Section 441.133 - Effect of ORS 441.100 to 441.153 on right to visitors.

Nothing in ORS 441.100 to 441.153 shall affect the right of residents of a long term care facility to see visitors of their choice. [1981 c.534 §11]
