Oregon Statutes - Chapter 441 - Health Care Facilities - Section 441.164 - Variances in staffing plan requirements.

Upon request of a hospital, the Department of Human Services may grant variances in the written staffing plan requirements based on patient care needs or the nursing practices of the hospital. [2001 c.609 §3]
