Oregon Statutes - Chapter 441 - Health Care Facilities - Section 441.306 - Compensation of trustee.

The court shall set the compensation of the trustee. That compensation and the compensation of the employees shall be considered a necessary expense of the trust. [1981 c.868 §8]
