Oregon Statutes - Chapter 441 - Health Care Facilities - Section 441.565 - Obligations of authority not obligations of municipality.

The revenue bonds and other obligations of an authority shall not be a general obligation of the municipality nor a charge upon the tax revenues of the municipality. [1973 c.153 §9]
