Oregon Statutes - Chapter 441 - Health Care Facilities - Section 441.745 - Penalties to General Fund.

All penalties recovered under ORS 441.710 to 441.740 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund. [1975 c.328 §8]
