Oregon Statutes - Chapter 443 - Home Health Agencies; Residential Facilities; Hospice Programs - Section 443.045 - Denial, suspension and revocation of licenses.

(1) The Department of Human Services may deny, suspend or revoke the license of any home health agency for failure to comply with ORS 443.005 to 443.095 or with the rules of the department as authorized by ORS 443.085.

(2) License denials, suspensions and revocations, adoption of rules and judicial review thereof shall be in accordance with ORS chapter 183. [1977 c.738 §9]
