Oregon Statutes - Chapter 443 - Home Health Agencies; Residential Facilities; Hospice Programs - Section 443.490 - Waiver of registration.

Any county or city that requires registration or licensure in the manner described in ORS 443.485, whether or not a fee is required, may request a waiver of the requirements of ORS 443.485. If the Department of Human Services finds that the county or city registration or licensure requirement is substantially similar or superior, it may waive the requirements of ORS 443.485.
