Oregon Statutes - Chapter 443 - Home Health Agencies; Residential Facilities; Hospice Programs - Section 443.885 - Registration of certain facilities.

Any facility that provides care for patients or residents with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia by means of an Alzheimer’s care unit must register with the Department of Human Services. [1991 c.416 §1; 2003 c.14 §265]
