Judicial review of regulations under ORS 445.050 and orders under ORS 445.150 shall be in accordance with ORS chapter 183, provided that the amount involved in the appeal from the order exceeds $100, and provided further that the amount involved in the appeal from the decision of the court exceeds $500.
