Oregon Statutes - Chapter 446 - Manufactured Dwellings and Structures; Parks; Tourist Facilities; Ownership Records; Dealers and Dealerships - Section 446.115 - Sanitation of parks; pets to be controlled.

(1) The owner or operator of a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park is responsible for the sanitary condition of the park grounds and buildings.
