Oregon Statutes - Chapter 448 - Pool Facilities; Water and Sewage Systems - Section 448.180 - Waiver of construction standards.

The Department of Human Services may grant waivers on construction standards if the department is satisfied there will be no unreasonable risk to health. [1983 c.271 §2]
