Oregon Statutes - Chapter 448 - Pool Facilities; Water and Sewage Systems - Section 448.320 - Jurisdiction over violations of city ordinances.

The municipal court of any city passing an ordinance under authority of ORS 448.300 or 448.305 and the justice court and circuit court of the county wherein such city is located or in which the watershed area is located shall have concurrent jurisdiction to try and determine any prosecution brought under such ordinance. If prosecution is had in a justice court or a circuit court, the court shall remit to the city, after deducting court costs, the amount of any fine collected, except as otherwise provided by ORS 3.136 (2). If a jail term is imposed, the convicted person shall be confined in the city jail or in the county jail and if confined in the county jail the county shall be entitled to recover from the city the actual costs of such incarceration.
