Oregon Statutes - Chapter 450 - Sanitary Districts and Authorities; Water Authorities - Section 450.275 - State Treasurer approval of other bond issues by district whose bonds are owned by state.

So long as any of the sewerage bonds of the district are owned by the state, the district shall not issue other bonds of any character without prior written approval of the State Treasurer. [1955 c.577 §6]
