Oregon Statutes - Chapter 450 - Sanitary Districts and Authorities; Water Authorities - Section 450.690 - Public body; authority to issue revenue bonds.

A water authority is a public body for the purposes of ORS chapter 287A, and revenue bonds issued by a water authority shall be issued in accordance with ORS chapter 287A. [1987 c.863 §8; 1993 c.577 §29; 2007 c.783 §187]
