Oregon Statutes - Chapter 459 - Solid Waste Management - Section 459.280 - Definitions for ORS 459.284 and 459.290.

As used in ORS 459.284 and 459.290, “disposal site” has the meaning given that term in ORS 459.005, but does not include:

(1) A material recovery, recycling or reuse facility; or

(2) A regional disposal site as defined in ORS 459.005. [1987 c.876 §4; 1993 c.560 §34]
