Oregon Statutes - Chapter 459A - Reuse and Recycling - Section 459A.600 - “Compost” defined.

As used in ORS 459A.605 to 459A.620, “compost” means the product resulting from the controlled biological decomposition of organic wastes that are source separated from the municipal solid waste stream. [1991 c.385 §19]
