Oregon Statutes - Chapter 466 - Hazardous Waste and Hazardous Materials II - Section 466.330 - Acquisition by state of real property for disposal of PCB.

The Environmental Quality Commission may acquire real property for the disposal of PCB by instituting condemnation proceedings therefor to be conducted in accordance with ORS chapter 35. [1985 c.670 §29]
