ORS 468.076 to 468.087 shall be applied and construed to carry out the general purpose of ORS 468.076 to 468.089 to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of ORS 468.076 to 468.089 among the jurisdictions enacting it. [1991 c.826 §9]
