Oregon Statutes - Chapter 468A - Air Quality - Section 468A.495 - Prohibition on installation of used woodstoves.

On and after September 29, 1991, the state building code under ORS 455.010 shall prohibit installations of used woodstoves that were not certified for sale as new on or after July 1, 1986, under ORS 468A.480 (1). [1991 c.752 §10a]
