Oregon Statutes - Chapter 469A - Renewable Portfolio Standards - Section 469A.050 - Applicable standard.

(1) Electric utilities must comply with the applicable renewable portfolio standard described in ORS 469A.052 or 469A.055.

(2) Electricity service suppliers must comply with the renewable portfolio standard established under ORS 469A.065. [2007 c.301 §5]
