Oregon Statutes - Chapter 470 - Small Scale Local Energy Projects - Section 470.130 - Appropriation of loan fund.

All moneys in the loan fund created by Article XI-J of the Oregon Constitution are appropriated continuously to the State Department of Energy and shall be used for the purposes provided in this chapter. [1979 c.672 §16; 2003 c.186 §61]
