Oregon Statutes - Chapter 470 - Small Scale Local Energy Projects - Section 470.225 - Procedure for bond issuance.

The State Treasurer shall issue bonds described in ORS 470.220 to 470.290 in accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 286A. [2005 c.201 §2; 2007 c.783 §207]
