Oregon Statutes - Chapter 475 - Controlled Substances; Illegal Drug Cleanup; Paraphernalia; Precursors - Section 475.805 - Providing hypodermic device to minor prohibited; exception.

(1) No person shall sell or give a hypodermic device to a minor unless the minor demonstrates a lawful need therefor by authorization of a physician, parent or legal guardian or by other means acceptable to the seller or donor.

(2) As used in this section, “hypodermic device” means a hypodermic needle or syringe or medication packaged in a hypodermic syringe or any instrument adapted for the subcutaneous injection of a controlled substance as defined in ORS 475.005. [1983 c.738 §1]
