Oregon Statutes - Chapter 475 - Controlled Substances; Illegal Drug Cleanup; Paraphernalia; Precursors - Section 475.870 - Unlawful delivery of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine.

(1) It is unlawful for any person to deliver 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine.

(2) Unlawful delivery of 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine is a Class A felony. [2005 c.708 §36]
