Oregon Statutes - Chapter 480 - Explosives; Flammable Materials; Pressure Vessels - Section 480.610 - Disposition of fees.

All receipts from fees, charges, costs and expenses under ORS 480.510 to 480.670 shall be collected by the Department of Consumer and Business Services and paid into the Consumer and Business Services Fund created by ORS 705.145.
