Oregon Statutes - Chapter 498 - Hunting, Angling and Trapping Regulations; Miscellaneous Wildlife Protective Measures - Section 498.993 - Penalty for violation of outdoor club laws.

Violation of any provision of ORS 498.029 or 498.400 to 498.464 is a Class A violation, if committed by an individual. If the violation is committed by any person other than an individual, violation of any provision of ORS 498.029 or 498.400 to 498.464 is a violation punishable by a fine not to exceed $10,000.
