Oregon Statutes - Chapter 51 - Justice Courts; Jurisdiction - Section 51.280 - Qualifications of sureties; filing justification.

The sureties in the undertaking provided for in ORS 51.250 shall have the qualifications of bail and shall be residents of the county, and their justification must be filed with the undertaking.
