Oregon Statutes - Chapter 536 - Water Resources Administration - Section 536.235 - Policy on minimum streamflows.

It is the policy of the State of Oregon that establishment of minimum perennial streamflows is a high priority of the Water Resources Commission and the Water Resources Department. [1983 c.796 §2; 1985 c.673 §13]
