Oregon Statutes - Chapter 536 - Water Resources Administration - Section 536.430 - Commission to devise plans and programs for development of water resources.

The Water Resources Commission shall devise plans and programs for the development of the water resources of this state in such a manner as to encourage, promote and secure the maximum beneficial use and control thereof. [1955 c.707 §18]
