Oregon Statutes - Chapter 545 - Irrigation Districts - Section 545.677 - Election authorizing directors to enter into contract.

The contract provided for in ORS 545.671 to 545.679 may be entered into by the district by its board of directors when a majority vote of the electors of the district authorizes the contract. [Formerly 545.358]
