Oregon Statutes - Chapter 554 - Corporations for Irrigation, Drainage, Water Supply or Flood Control - Section 554.560 - Quorum for meeting.

Notwithstanding the provision of ORS 554.070 (2) providing for a quorum to do business, the members of the corporation present shall constitute a quorum to approve or reject the application to include land in, or exclude land from, the corporation. [1963 c.103 §7]
