Oregon Statutes - Chapter 558 - Weather Modification - Section 558.325 - Cooperative agreements between districts.

Weather modification districts organized under ORS 558.200 to 558.440 may enter into cooperative agreements with each other providing for the joint use or control of facilities for weather modification. [1969 c.698 §28]
