Oregon Statutes - Chapter 561 - State Department of Agriculture - Section 561.050 - Division chiefs.

Subject to any applicable provisions of the State Personnel Relations Law, the chiefs of the divisions shall be appointed by the Director of Agriculture. [Amended by 1959 c.639 §7]
