Oregon Statutes - Chapter 565 - Fairs and Exhibits - Section 565.040 - Oregon State Fair established.

There is established a state institution to be designated and known as the Oregon State Fair, which shall be administered and operated by the State Parks and Recreation Department. [Amended by 2005 c.777 §23]
