Oregon Statutes - Chapter 565 - Fairs and Exhibits - Section 565.450 - Budget preparation procedure.

The County Fair Commission shall prepare and adopt budgets in the same manner as provided for preparation and adoption of budgets in ORS 576.425 to 576.435 as set forth in the 2001 Edition of Oregon Revised Statutes. [1971 c.595 §3; 2003 c.604 §104]
