Oregon Statutes - Chapter 567 - Experiment Stations - Section 567.410 - Station management and control.

The station shall be under the control and management of the State Board of Higher Education through its director of the Oregon agricultural experiment station, as a branch station of the Oregon agricultural experiment station.
