Oregon Statutes - Chapter 568 - Soil and Water Conservation; Water Quality Management - Section 568.540 - Election of directors.

The three candidates nominated under ORS 568.520 who receive the largest number, respectively, of the votes cast in the election shall be elected directors for the district. [Amended by 1955 c.142 §15; 1973 c.656 §11; 2007 c.690 §3]
