Oregon Statutes - Chapter 570 - Plants; Inspection, Quarantine, Pest and Weed Control - Section 570.375 - Management and control of fumigatorium.

The fumigatorium shall be under the management and control of the State Board of Higher Education through its director of the agricultural experiment station.
