The State Department of Agriculture shall as authorized by ORS chapter 183 establish and maintain a list of cut greenery which shall be nursery stock and subject to the provisions of ORS 564.040, 564.991, 571.005 to 571.230 and 571.991. All other cut greenery shall be exempt from the provisions of ORS 564.040, 564.991, 571.005 to 571.230 and 571.991. [1963 c.461 §2]
