Oregon Statutes - Chapter 58 - Professional Corporations - Section 58.205 - Corporation prohibited from doing acts prohibited to professional licensee.

No domestic or foreign professional corporation may do any act which is prohibited to a person licensed to render the professional service or services for which the corporation is organized. [1969 c.592 §16; 1987 c.94 §24; 1993 c.235 §13]
