Oregon Statutes - Chapter 586 - Warehouses; Grain and Commodity Inspection - Section 586.295 - Warehouse to be maintained in adequate manner.

A public warehouse shall be maintained in a manner adequate to provide suitable, sanitary and safe storage of the particular product or commodity stored therein. [1957 c.11 §6; 1957 c.314 §4]
