Oregon Statutes - Chapter 59 - Securities Regulation; Mortgage Bankers and Brokers - Section 59.960 - Consultation with licensees before rules adopted.

Before adopting any rules under ORS 59.840 to 59.980, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall consult with an equal number of persons required to be licensed as mortgage bankers or mortgage brokers. The director shall consider the suggestions of those persons in adopting rules under ORS 59.840 to 59.980. [1993 c.508 §24]
