Oregon Statutes - Chapter 596 - Disease Control Generally - Section 596.671 - Amount of indemnity.

The indemnity shall be a sum, which added to the salvage, shall not exceed 80 percent of the appraised value of each animal or article of property. [1965 c.217 §5 (enacted in lieu of 596.670); 1971 c.705 §1; 1981 c.334 §3]
