Oregon Statutes - Chapter 603 - Meat Dealers and Slaughterers - Section 603.059 - Unclean slaughterhouses prohibited.

No owner or occupier of premises where animals are slaughtered shall permit the same to remain unclean, to the extent that it constitutes a health hazard. [Formerly 433.710]
