Oregon Statutes - Chapter 633 - Grades, Standards and Labels for Feeds, Fertilizers and Seeds - Section 633.371 - Disposition of revenues.

The State Department of Agriculture shall deposit revenues received under ORS 633.311 to 633.479 and 633.994 in the Department of Agriculture Service Fund. The revenues shall be continuously appropriated to the department for the purpose of administering and enforcing ORS 633.311 to 633.479 and 633.994. [2001 c.914 §11]
