Oregon Statutes - Chapter 646A - Trade Regulation - Section 646A.474 - Applicability of other laws; waiver.

ORS 646A.460 to 646A.476 shall not be construed as limiting rights or remedies available to a consumer under any other law. Any waiver by a consumer of rights provided by ORS 646A.460 to 646A.476 is void. [Formerly 646.496]
