Oregon Statutes - Chapter 65 - Nonprofit Corporations - Section 65.815 - Rules.

The Attorney General may adopt such rules as are necessary to carry out the provisions of ORS 65.800 to 65.815. The Attorney General shall have the authority to ensure compliance with commitments that inure to the public interest. [1997 c.291 §9]
