Oregon Statutes - Chapter 650 - Franchise Transactions - Section 650.100 - Disposition of civil penalties.

All penalties recovered under ORS 650.095 shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to the General Fund and are available for general government expenses. [2005 c.339 §5]
